Below you will find a selection of some of the first-class services we offer. Further down below we provide a FAQ as well as the possibility to ask questions that are not listed. 2D/3D Visualisations

To visualize how Camerich furniture would look in your home, we have Interior Architecture qualified team members who are ready to produce digital scale drawing to assist you with your purchase.


Immediate Delivery

Camerich always ensures that ample stock is ready for immediate delivery. If you still have any concerns, all of our sales consultants will gladly help you sort them out.


Loan Sofa Service

If the unfortunate event that the sofa which caught your eye is not available for immediate delivery, we offer the possibility to loan a usable sofa until your customized designer sofa is ready for delivery.


Access Checks

Camerich works with an independent first class installation service – Anthonissen Movers -. They offer to do an access check at your home prior to delivery if you have any concerns regarding accessibility. Furthermore, Anthonissen Movers always gives a notice with a 2 hour window within which you can expect your delivery.


Fabric Protection

For additional protection, Camerich offers a service to scotch guard your sofa before delivery.


Can I request a swatch / fabric sample?
Yes, you may order fabric samples for free via our website – click on the “SWATCHES” link at the top of the page, choose your preferred fabric sample and then click on “order samples”. You should receive your samples by royal mail within 4 working days.Alternatively, you are welcome to call and order samples over the phone, or visit one of our showrooms and pick them up.
Where are the products made?
Our superior materials and workmanship are sourced from the best the world has to offer.Our cold rolled stainless steels are engineered in Germany with anti-corrosion technology.Our exquisite, soft and durable leather and hides are sourced from Texas USA. Our pieces are Designed and created in China, using Chinese high-class Birch and naturally striking Ash. Our fabrics are both luxurious and environmentally friendly, and rigorously tested using the industry standard Martindale rub test, testament to our unprecedented quality incredible comfort.
Can I change the dimensions of the furniture?
We offer each item in a range of shapes and sizes, but cannot create one-off custom-sizes for customers. This keeps the price down and we are confident you will be able to find something to fit your space. Feel free to call our showroom where our fully trained staff will be happy to advise on options and alternatives available.
How do I care for and clean my sofa?
All our fabric sofas have removable and, most importantly, dry-cleanable covers. For added assurance, we offer a scotch guarding service at our warehouse (additional cost for this service), so prior to delivery you can ensure that your sofa is at its most protected. If a change of colour or texture is what you are after then you can purchase replacement covers for your sofa in any one of over 100 fabrics.
Do you have a stock?

How do I go about discussing an issue I have with my items?
In the unlikely event that you do not receive the service you expect, please email sales@camerich.co.uk or contact the Retail Sales Manager at any of our showrooms , who will be happy to assist you further. We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve your issue swiftly to your satisfaction.
I’m not sure it will fit, is there any way to check?
When deciding on your piece of Camerich furniture, please ensure that the furniture can be delivered into your property and that there is safe and reasonable access from the public highway. If you would like to ensure your items can be delivered before purchasing, we offer an access check service, for a fee of £45 our delivery company will visit your home to assess whether the items can be delivered successfully.
What is the guarantee on the products and what does the guarantee cover?
All our furniture comes with a free 5-year guarantee against faulty workmanship and/or faulty materials.

We will endeavour to repair any defective goods free of charge. If repair is not possible you will be offered a replacement and only if a suitable replacement is not available will you be offered a refund.

The guarantee does not cover fillings and coverings

The guarantee does nor cover fair wear and tear, neglect, abuse or misuse of your goods, loss or damage (including rusting and corrosion) due to unreasonable exposure to water, heat or weather; loss or damage due to fire, smoke, explosion, lightening, sunlight, infestation by animals or boring insects, or theft or accidental damage or loss caused by a third party.

We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss of profits or other financial loss or damage arising out of defective, damaged or wrongly delivered goods, over and above the value of the goods themselves. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our guarantees are limited to goods sold and retained in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland and used solely for private and domestic purposes.
